Working ... or not ...
Its rather a pity. Here I am at work, trying to work on a project and all I can really do at the moment is sit and wait for the information that I need. I thought I had it, but when I opened up the email attachment, there was nothing new from what I sent that person originally. So now, another email sent and here I am wasting time.

I'm trying to draw something intelligent to say about this situation, and there's something tumbling around in my head, but it doesn't seem to want to come out. I guess as with most things, it simply comes down to being patient. I really am a perfectionist and am not a fan of wasting time.

It seems that this is often a reoccuring theme here at my internship. There are two of us working as interns this summer here at the Foundation. There is one computer for us to work on. Those we work with often don't have tasks that we can do for them or they are too busy to take the time to explain a task to us. With those things combined, I often find myself frustrated because I do not have something to do.

Okay... I have done some work this morning; and now, on to lunch... actually grocery shopping first.

Yeah, I'm like that too. Sometimes there really is nothing to do, though, which drives me crazy because I feel like I'm getting paid to do nothing. On the other hand, I am still getting paid, so.....

I'm finally a college graduate who's now going in a direction different than my degree. Its stressful at times, but completely worth it.
